Professional Evaluation
A Professional Evaluation includes a minimum seven-page report outlining the strengths and weaknesses of your writing skills and your manuscript.
Your Professional Evaluation will be returned in a PDF document after the entire manuscript is read. The evaluation will indicate what is working well in your manuscript and what needs further tweaking. The included scoring chart will show you what could be done better.
In a fiction manuscript, it covers such things as structure, plot holes, and character development, as shown below. The non-fiction form is similar, but contains different headings of issues evaluated, such as organization, hook, and appropriateness of the title.

The prices noted are for an evaluation completed within a regular editing schedule. See the FAQ page for additional information about scheduling.
